I have 4 dogs! I have a German Shepherd, Black Lab, and two Shih Tzu. I have bought Nutro Max large breed dog food because it was higher in protein than other brands and was made with Chicken which seemed to agree with "Zoe" my Labs stomach.
After speaking with my dad who has been using your formula for his Zoo, and hearing of all the benefits, I decided to try it. My dogs absolutely love the formula and the changes have been great! I normally left dry food out for all to eat whenever they were hungry, which gave Zoe the chance to over eat and gain weight.
Since switching to the formula Zoe has lost about 10 pounds and is looking much healthier and her coat is very shiny black. She also has not had any stomach issues due to the new food.
Bailey my Shepherd also has lost a few pounds, but with him the biggest difference has been in the appearance of his coat which is very shiny and smooth. As for the Shih Tzus they are 10- 12 pounds each. They love the formula and I have noticed the biggest difference actually in their eyes. Their eyes have always oozed which causes staining of the hair and can also be smelly. That is all but gone now.
We had all the dogs at the groomer to get their nails clipped about 2 months ago. The groomer mentioned how deficient they were in protein as their nails were brittle and cracked. I was surprised as I thought I gave them plenty of protein in their dry food. I started giving them extra protein but saw little difference. Since starting your formula a month ago their nails are now shiny and new and in fact look better than mine!
I'm sorry to go on so long but I just wanted to share my great successes with your formula. My last point is in the cost savings. Before I was feeding them 1 40-pound bag of food every two weeks which cost $45. Now I spend about $15 on the ingredients every two weeks and about another 10 dollars worth of the dry food that is mixed in.
